A few messages to be let known, before posting the list:

1.) This is not an OFFICIAL list, as to anybody that has an (R) right beside their name simply only has their pic base reserved, and must still make their announcement official January 1st. It's basically serving as a verbal agreement at this time. (R) beside a name means that pic base has already been reserved, thus verbally confirmed. A good example of this is Matt Miles currently being Chris Sabin, but changing to EC3 come January 1st.

Now the reason for this thread is simple: to help anybody who is considering a pic base change for the coming half of the EAW season, by seeing who is available (or not). This thread is meant for discussion, an open one at that, to perhaps let your intentions known. But I also put a disclaimer on that, for buyer beware on what you announce. But discussion is definitely useful, especially if a carousel ensues. (For example, if I wanted to change from Cesaro to Brock Lesnar, but Oasis was only going to change from Lesnar if he could secure Triple H -- 0% chance of happening, BTW (a)) It is courtesy to let it known that your pic base that you currently have may soon be open, especially if you are zeroing in on another. So please help your fellow peers out, and make this process as easy and painless as can be.

2.) Those on the reserved list, all don't have homes. For some of the names listed below, have been reserved, for the likes of you: Established members of the community. I believe those who have shown dedication to EAW already deserve the opportunity to secure a pic base more than somebody who has yet to sign up. Therefore, "reserved". But I also must make mention that this fact alone does not guarantee you one of the names above, it is not a first come, first serve basis. As not ALL are under these guidelines. So there will be 0% sense of entitlement tolerated. But you can simply ask, simply PM myself, DEDEDE, Robbie or one of the writers and ask. But if you get declined, there better not be any complaints, for I am already being more liberal than perhaps DEDEDE would like. As if there is an uproar, I have zero problem going back to the basis in which a name on the reserved list is 100% not available. But I highly doubt there will be a problem in this regard, but I felt it was necessary to make mention.

3.) I am creating a deadline in which you can "reserve" pic bases, before the January 1st "Free Agency Frenzy". I would ask that if you wish to go as far to reserve something, that you PM me (Or another board member) but I would prefer if there was just one person this is all directed towards, for the sake of avoiding confusion. But this deadline will be 8pm Eastern Time Christmas day. If you don't get a reserve through then, you are heading into January 1st blind. Obviously, if you wish not to change at all, no need to post at all, you are confirmed and safe. Nonetheless, if you have any questions, feel free to post below, or even PM me.

Hopefully this will make January 1st less of a headache, or at the very least, make your decision much more clearer on the direction in which you wish to take.

I am switching to Bliss. Final answer. I reserved Summer for a second character, but I have decided to not follow through. I had reserved Zahra too for Brody but she has no media so that too can be deleted.

If Naheem Bogard is not active, I will take the Rock and let go of Mike Bennett. Else I will keep my old pic base

Just remember, that even if you confirmed your intentions on here, come January 1st, you'll have to make a FORMAL announcement of change for your pic base. This period here (the past 4-5 days) was just to confirm those that were agreed upon, could not be had as a first come, first serve.

For anyone here who has announced their reservations/intended picbase changes:

Keep in mind because your reservation =\= an actual change, as Ken has said on this thread, you CAN go onto the official PB change thread and cancel your reservation and announce you're not changing.

This is why I saw no reason for people to already go ahead and change their sign up information, because if I'm changing my picbase to Cesaro and Lannister intends to change to HHH but he changes his mind on NYE and come the first he decides to keep his picbase, then I would have wasted my time changing my contract information. I only greenlit a pre-2017 contract change to one person, but the ACTUAL picbase change doesn't take place until the 1/1/17 thread goes up. Keep this in mind as several people on this thread have already come to me changing their minds.
