GIMMICK: To understand why Manami came to wrestling, one has go deep into her past and emerge at her childhood. Her mother was a Japanese woman and his father was a rich American businessman. They fell in love during a business trip and soon they married destined to live a happy life in the United States. However, that all fell apart after the birth of their first child which happened to be Manami. Furious that his first born was a daughter, her father started torturing her and because he was rich, there was no one to raise a voice against him. At times, the mother also fell a victim to his torture. Soon, another child was born to them and this time, it was a boy. Knowing that the girl can never be saved unless they ran somewhere far from there, Manami's mother took her away and went back to Japan where she took a normal job. All throughout her childhood, Manami never understood why her mother would cry always or why he never got to see her father. However. as she grew up, things became more clear to her and as things became clearer, her anger started to grow.During this time, she developed a keen interest in wrestling. She used to watch the matches of LEGENDARY Japanese wrestler Ms Manami (this is where she gets her first name from) and felt inspired. She joined a wrestling school and worked hard to become a top student there and then wrestled in various shows across Japan. However, her anger due to her father's mistreatment of his mother played a key role in her leaving Japan and crossing the ocean to the US and coming to EAW. She wantsher "father" to watch clearly as she proves her that she too can be someone he can be proud of.
