Elite Answers Wrestling returns from a commercial break and the mental faculty of what is now a buoyant crowd is quickly drawn to the entrance ramp, the area in which the reverberation of "Voices" by Rev Theory resonates. Almost instantaneously, the arena goes dark and a green spot light in the shape of a question mark rolls around the stadium. Just as the opening lines of "Voices" come to a close, the green question mark is no longer the only light in the arena as a spotlight focuses on the empty ramp and a slender character - slightly enlarged by a t-shirt that reads "The Green Demon" and a thick towel wrapped around their shoulders - steps out from behind the illustrious curtain. Standing at the apex of the entrance ramp, the characters black wresting boots with green trim, black wrestling trunks adorned with a green question mark, white wrist tape and the aforementioned shirt and towel all manifest in the retina. What’s perhaps more evident than the figures attire however is its thick, grungy white face paint with various marks of green. Putting all these items of attire together leaves you with one fellow, a man easily recognisable and always intense, "The Green Demon" The Riddler. Almost instinctively, Riddler’s presence is greeted by a mixture of exuberance and despondency due to the fact that the crowd neither hated nor loved him in whole. Surveying the substantial audience while rolling his wrists and clicking his neck, Riddler begins his descent down the ramp; rabid in his approach but methodical with his footing. Detecting the urgency in the fans closest to the inclined path to get a touch of one of Elite Answers Wrestling’s finest athletes, Riddler does the un-gentlemanly thing by simply ignoring their desires and meticulously heading to the squared circle, the spotlight following each meticulous step. Eventually greeting the ring apron directly opposed to the titantron, Riddler moves to his left and takes a stance at the bottom of the ring steps. Proceeding to wipe his feet, the man christened "The Mystery Without A Mask" due to his enigmatic presence swiftly clambers up the steps, across the apron and into the ring through the ropes. From this vantage point, Riddler measures his circumambient and content with his enclosure, he struts to the south east flank of the wrestling ring and ascends the turnbuckle to celebrate nothing but himself as he points towards his self and shouts inaudible comments out towards the crowd. As he falls back to earth with a small and subtle bump, Riddler’s theme slowly begins to die down and the house lights return to light up the arena as he removes his entrance attire - including shirt and towel - and begins to stretch, indicating he’s prepared for the match ahead.
