Pro: It gives WWE a chance to enhance home grown talent while also exposing their audience to those who had grown outside of the development (Shinsuke, Young, Joe, etc.)

Con: In trying to expose their audience to these people, most of their homegrown talent, unless charismatic enough, are overshadowed leaving them to work harder in getting noticed.

Hideo Itami

Pro: One of the best wrestlers on the planet and an innovator of many of the moves that are huge today such as the GTS and the Busaiku Knee Strike

Con: 

Batista

Pro: love his tenure from the bottom until become a world championship caliber wrestler.

Con: Crybaby.

Enzo and Cass.

Pros: They are amazing together. Totally over, very marketable and have one of the most unique gimmick's as has that "rock like" catchphrase. Entertaining as fuck.

Cons: Unfortunately, when you have two people who work so well together, when the time comes for them to split, they are gonna have a hard time finding their own footing.

The Bella Twins

Pros: Marketable as fuuuuuck. They have major crossover potential (i.e., the reality shows and a shit ton of other appearances). From all of the interviews and things I've seen, they genuinely seem to care about the other women in the locker room and want them all to succeed. Nikki changing her body after the boob job led to her working this powerhouse style that really works for her. Brie took a bunch of cues from D. Bry and tried to do the technical shit, which was dope.

Cons: It took them WAY too long to improve in the ring. They started training in 2007, got called up in 2008, left in 2012, returned in 2013, and neither of them was even REMOTELY good until post-Nikki shin injury in 2014 when they started to work different styles. I will give credit where it's due; they worked their asses off to get better and they improved in spades, but it shouldn't have taken that many years.

Seth Rollins

Pro: Seth Rollins is one of the greatest wrestlers on the entire planet right now. Had that crazy injury last year and managed to come back better than ever. 

Con: I love the man, but he's been in the main championship picture for almost 2 years now (since Royal Rumble 2015 I think and also apart from his injury). Would love to see him have a couple of feuds without a belt in the picture. 

Wrestlemania.

Pros: Huge event, biggest in pro wrestling. An event which can give us more than one good match, emotional moment and nostalgia

Cons: Sometimes becomes too much focused on the entertainment part rather than wrestling unlike Starrcade from which it was adapted which focused totally on wrestling

Pro: Amazing performer. Who has come a long way in the scene.

Con: He will kick me in the face if I give a con tbh

Pro: One of the most creative characters in wrestling history

Con: Probably won't get too much attention due today's mega PC society. 

Next Subject: War Machine

Pros: In a current landscape of wrestling full of LOD lite's, they may very well be the most unique for the simple fact that they come off as individuals with their own personas instead of the old power n' paint gimmick.  If they split up they'd have no problem finding success as singles, but why split them up when they compliment each other so well?

Con: They just don't fit in ROH.  That isn't to say that they haven't had good matches, they have, but their look, style, and presence would be more well suited and maybe more embraced in Japan or elsewhere.

Next Subject: Paul Heyman

Pro: One of the Greatest talkers in the world that everyone can embrace. 

Con: The fact that he manages my least favorite act on the entire roster

Next: CM Punk

Pro: The run where all of his promos were vicious pipebomb

Con: He created a bunch of new internet smarks that I won't be happy till he returns to wrestling

Next: Austin/Hart Feud

Pro: One of the greatest feuds from the Attitude Era that ultimately made Austin the star he is today. Plyd gotta love that double turn

Con: Hart's actual beef with what Austin represented and his refusal to let wrestling evolve

Brock Lesnar

Pro: Incredibly marketable, still has cross over Appel, phenomenal look, and was able to bring heyman back.

Con: his matches consist of nothing but German duplexes now a days. Has been booked a bit too strongly in the past year or so. Got away with wellness policy violation.


The women's hell in a cell

Pros: A refreshing match. Plus, the endless possibilities as to how this match could go

Cons: If this match fails, then it's back to the same old boring format for the women. 

If ROH buys TNA

Pro: Will allow ROH to absorb talent that TNA has otherwise misused and give them a fresh start and will most likely use them right

Con: I can't see this move doing more for ROH than talent acquisition

WWE's recent influx of Japanese talent

Pro: The arrival of Strong-Style in WWE.

Con: The lack of mic skills they all have.

Hiroshi Tanahashi/Kazuchika Okada Feud.

Pros: Epic matches. Epic moments. Prolly some of the best in ring storytelling I've ever seen.

Cons: NJPW could potentially drag it out too much or fall back on it in the future and ruin the legacy of the feud.

Post-WCW Ric Flair

Pro: Very charismatic and knew how to handle a crowd.  Aged like fine wine

Con: Stole from Buddy Rogers. Very fragile forhead

Topic: El Generico

Pro; a good high flyer. Very underrated. Love the match against Cesaro.

Cons: he's not Sami Zayn.

Pro: One of the best European talents yet
