Subject: What's your top 10 favorite Movies? April 28th 2016, 6:30 pm
You can put them in no order.
Mines are: (kind off in order)
1. Superhero Movies: A. Batman excluding Batman Forever and Superman vs Batman B. Ironman C. The Avengers D. Spiderman excluding The Amazing Spiderman 2 E. Captain America F. Ant-Man G. X-Men: The Origins Wolverine (just because of Deadpool. Haven't seen Deadpool solo movie though)
It's a tough call tbh. I like Superhero movies a lot lol.
2. Scarface 3. El Mariachi Trilogy (El Mariachi, Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico) 4. Fast and Furious (all) 5. The Expendables (1, 2, 3) 6. The Raid (1 and 2) 7. Ted (1 and 2) 8. Goals! (1 and 2) the third one sucks lol 9. Hot Fuzz 10. Safe
EDIT: Added Ant-Man and X-Men:Origins Wolverine. Hot Fuzz also made it to the list on number 9 thus making Safe movie on number 10 and taking out The Rundown from the list. Sorry The Rock

You exclude Batman Forever in your favorite Batman movies but not Batman & Robin?

Batman and Robin is the first Batman movie I ever watched. Chilhood memories is biased I know lol.
I forgot to include Hot Fuzz. So I guess Rundown is taken out

The eventual Leicester City movie is probably going to get on my list.

1. Pulp Fiction 2. Unforgiven 3. The Naked City 4. Mean Streets/Taxi Driver (dead heat) 5. There Will Be Blood 6. The Dark Knight 7. Kill Bill 1 & 2 8. Django (starring Franco Nero. So cheesy and lame and awesome) 9. Millers Crossing 10. Star Wars IV-VII
THIS was a hard list.

In No Particular Order
1) Apocalypse Now! 2) Memento 3) Amélie 4) 2001: A Space Odyssey (The ending felt like it purposely makes no sense, but every rogue AI in pop culture is just a poor imitation of HAL) 5) Alien (The original, the Alien lost a lot of its mystique/presence when there was more than one. Though Aliens wasn't bad either) 6) LA Confidential 7) No Country For Old Men Annie Hall 9) City of God 10) Spaghetti Westerns (Since Y'all be cheating. All of them. The Dollars Trilogy. Once Upon a Time in The West. Corbucci's Django...etc)

I always hate doing this type of list without some sort of genre specifier.
10. Young Frankenstein : It's one of the most complete and hilarious comedy done by Mel Brooks. 9. Shadow of a Doubt: It's a very underrated Hitchcock thriller involving a girl finding out her uncle might be a murderer. It has a really weird incest vibe that makes it all the more uncomfortable. 8. Terminator 2. The franchise should have stopped there. 7. Night of the Living Dead: Best zombie flick ever made, set the precedents for the genre. 6. Brazil: It's dystopia at it's finest, and has the greatest Robert De Niro cameo ever. 5. The Big Lebowski: It was the last great bastion of 90's slacker cinema. 4. Clerks: I've watched it a million times and it's everything I love about Kevin Smith and the Askewniverse. The acting's shit, the budget is shoestring, but the dialogue is amazing. 3. Goodfellas: I've probably seen this movie more than any other movie on this list, and that's saying something. I'd go as far as to say that I prefer it over the Godfather and other crime dramas 2. Texas Chainsaw Massacre: I maintain the original is the most horrifying and psychologically torturous film ever made that doesn't involve a snuff film reputation or animals legitimately being killed. 1. City Lights: It's my favorite Charlie Chaplin film about a blind woman falling for the Tramp after she mistakes him for a rich man. It's very touching and kind of depressing.
HM: God Bless America: It's everything my inner curmudgeon wants to say and do about how shitty society is. Note: It's not a religious film, and don't let the fact that it's directed by Bobcat Goldthwait run you off from it. It. Is. Amazing.
