A mafia organization.
TEAM HISTORY After Zack Crash lost his Chairman's position at Road To Redemption 2015, he began seeking a way to regain his power over the company. Only this time, he wanted complete authority and power, and not to be held down by the bureaucracy of being the Chairman. So using his vast wealth and contacting those he still knew to be loyal to him, he developed an underground network of informers, spies, and lackeys to do his dirty work. Pretty soon, an entire mafia-like organization had been born within EAW, and Crash named in "Omerta" in tribute to the real mafia's Code Of Silence. Zack's mafia includes trainers, bookers, referees, talent scouts, road agents, and several unknown others who are on his payroll. He even has a list of "mercenaries" who aren't official Omerta members, but can be trusted to do a job here or there...if the price is right.
But the most important people in Omerta are Crash's inner circle of Elitists. This currently includes, JJ Silva, Scott Oasis, and Brody Sparks. These four refer to themselves as the family, and they are the only ones Zack Crash confides in within Omerta's ranks. Each of these family members are given a "Code" to symbolize what they quality or trait they embody best for the organization. Crash himself bares the title of "Kingpin" and is believed to be the perfect combination of ALL the traits his "Codes" represent.
JJ Silva was the first to join Crash's group, while Scott Oasis and Brody Sparks became members during Reckless Wiring 2016.

Nice theme song, and though I wasn't originally a fan of where Crash's change came from by junkie to buying AWF/becoming this dictator figure without proper build up, I do find the buildup to becoming a quasi underground kingpin from cruel chairman very compelling.
