HOF Championship 

First of all there's the requirement of being in the hof, but even if the story doesn't do that, you know you're  in for a challenge because the person holding it either is a hall of famer  pr beat one

Agreed. I love all the Vixens too.
I do like the challenge of having so many good vixens in the picture, it makes the moment you actually do win a title much more sweeter cause you know you had to go through tough and challenging people to attain it.

And I truly believe the HOF, Tag Team and both Vixens titles are the most difficult. Yep.

Tag Titles. Side note: I don't think the HOF Title is actually all that hard to obtain as long as we're disregarding the title holder. You don't really have to be a member of the HOF to compete for it, at least not all the time since exemptions are made, and it can also be used as an easy plot/story device to get people into the HOF who would otherwise have to wait longer. Plus, if I'm being brutally honest, not all HOF members are created equally, not like every guy you face is going to be a great deal better than you.

I think the Vixens and Specialists titles are pretty hard to fight for just because the pool of people fighting for just those titles has increased in the number of talented people. The tag titles seem difficult because you're counting on your partner as well, and during my time here there have been some very, very talented tag teams hold those titles.
