| I think I have two things really.
Creating promos is probably the number one for me. My passion has always been writing, and the fact that I'm doing it in an atmosphere of which I found enjoyable and worthwhile, it's very fun.
The other aspect is the sense of family. I have a community of people that I can rely on and depend upon, that respect me and that I respect in turn. |

| Making friends, tbh. I feel like that's what would keep someone around, more so than anything they could ever do in character. I don't think I've ever been in a fed where I hit it off with people so fast, and I think that's why I see myself staying here for a long time. |

| Designing them, learning new codes, different presentations. At least nowadays anyway. I also like seeing people I may bring in actually be apart of the community. |

| The community. Playing a character and doing well with him/her is great, but fruitless if there isn't a solid group of people to enjoy that with. |

| It's comforting to realize that for every bad apple or person I dislike (doesn't necessarily mean they're bad people), there are so many more that I get along with, that some of the most competitive contemporaries of the past eras I was in are still around today in either the e-fed, chat, or both. Not only that, but developing friendships with new people who I've grown to care deeply about. Everything in EAW feels incredibly connected and tight-knit, it's awesome and there are few other feds (and none that have existed for some time) that share in that quality; it's something that distances EAW from other feds where the community isn't as involved or it's more strictly wrestling-based.
I'm extremely competitive by nature, I agree with the Pete Carroll sentiment that we should "always be in a relentless pursuit of a competitive edge" and I feel like I've really carried that approach with me for the majority of my time here. Being able to compete against people who want a prize or victory just as badly as you do is a double-edged sword, it can be both rewarding and frustrating; but it's an aspect of e-feds I've grown to really appreciate.
I've improved my writing abilities thousandfold since I debuted here. Granted, I debuted when I was 11 IRL back in the middle of 2008 and I'm now rapidly approaching 19, so it's to be expected that I'd improve but I can't imagine a scenario where I'd be able to reach this level without promos driving me to hone my craft.
You know, now that I think about this, I really think the question here isn't, "what is the best, most enjoyable thing about e-feds for you?", but the most enjoyable thing about EAW. It's honestly the total package, it hasn't regressed (the opposite, in fact), but I don't think there's another e-fed atmosphere that's similar to it, and in my opinion, definitely nothing that equals it. I'm sure every fed has its faults and shit-talkers, but that's part of the territory. I can say unequivocally that I wouldn't be in e-feds right now if it weren't for EAW still not only existing, but thriving. It's really surreal to remember what it used to be and witness it experience the growth it has. No amount of Crybulls can detract from that. |

| First I think its the idea that I can have this really awesome character in my mind, but knowing he might never come to life in a real wrestling ring I can take him inside a virtual one and play him out. Countless times have I thought "Hey that gimmick is so awesome" or "Damn I really wish that kind of character was in wrestling". So it's kinda like an RPG now, except you promo to level up Secondly, I'm a really shy guy in real life, but I always wanted to take a mic in my hands and cut a badass promo you know what I mean? I feel like I have a really good mic skill, its just I'm a quiet guy in the presence of other people, but when I'm alone sometimes I cut a promo loudly in my room, or sometimes even when I look at different things I randomly cut a promo on it. Might sound weird but I love doing it, makes you feel like Stone Cold or The Rock Plus if I never e-fed I think I would've been a terrible writer. I mean when you gotta promo, suddenly writing essays for English class becomes really easy. While many of my classmates struggle with English, because it's not their first language, I really had an easy and enjoyable experience writing, mainly because in efeds writing is such a vital part of expressing your characters. And last but not the least I get to meet other awesome people |

| The community, first and foremost, absolutely. Never short of entertainment, never short of a Pick-Me-Up moment here in EAW. Even with the dramatics that sometimes go on, the atmosphere is refined to a point where everything and anyone is sustainable. I've met a lot of great people on here, and even when I get super busy, that's what always keeps me coming back. I haven't had a genuine interest in wrestling since the 8th grade. I've gotten really close to the likes of Brian, Xavier, Dub, Demon, Robbie over the years... but even beyond that, everyone I always look forward to talking to. There honestly isn't one bad apple, I feel. This community is special, and now that EAW serves as a monopoly it's great because now everyone apart of the Y!A can be pinpointed into one place. A monopoly is the best thing to ever happen to this community, for that reason alone. There is a sense of a family community, and something that I feel will always be around, even as we grow older. The people that left, more power to them... but I strongly feel as if they took a perfectly good outlet away from their lives. There is going to come a time where I can't do this anymore... and it'll be sooner than people want to hear, but I will always, ALWAYS maintain the chat experience in some way, shape, or form.
That's not the only thing, however... As the feeling of POWER/Control is something everything wants, even if they don't like to admit it. I feel as if my mind has always been my greatest attribute and asset, along with the ability to get along with people. So being a GM/Writer has always kept it fun for me, even if I'm so disengaged in wrestling itself. It's always been fun to make trades, make storyline plans that could only be duplicated in a book/TV Show. And to actually see the progression of all of you, especially those that have worked oh so hard. It pains me that going forward I know I won't be able to capitalize on the empire I tried to build up on Showdown, but all the same it's in good hands. But yes, the ability to mix and match, and piece together a delicate but complicated puzzle (The EAW Roster, especially now with how big EACH is) was always one challenge I looked forward to tackling each week. Promo wise, sure, I had a lot fun, especially with Lannister, where he is so caught up in his own misconceptions but blames everyone else for what he's doing. But writing is definitely kept me in the game, for creativity is what I aim for.
So people, power, and the ability to shape the community into what it is have always been selling points for me. And that'll never stop. Even when I'm not as involved as I once was. |

| When I left in May 2013, the thing I missed most was probably the community.
Having been in efeds since like 2009 and EAW since late 2010, I've met some really cool people who I've just clicked with and are happy to call my friends, in some instances more so than those I know irl.
However, I kinda found times are changing. When I returned late 2014, half the names were different and I wasn't really coming to chat as much so the bulk of the community aspect wasn't a part of my experience.
Since creating the Clark Duncan character, the most enjoyable aspect for me has been promoing and reading matches/segs/shows because I'm always interested to see how he's being written (which is excellently atm, shoutout to Oasis). I think I'm a lot more comfortable being Clark because in him, I found a character that's really just an extension of who I am which makes promoing more enjoyable. I think it's also kinda the reason I'm so vocal about shows being on time. I think it's an important aspect of EAW and I, for one, am always excited to read a show. |

| Being able to just open up my mind to write promos, write matches, whatever it may be. I like being able to think farther than how I do in reality. Probably the reason why I keep coming back and now staying for a while. |

| Being able to do something that I know wont be on television for wrestling, venting my frustrations through a character, writing, creating an unnecessary narrative, battling wits with people in promos.
I also don't have many secrets in life that I get to keep. I was a goody-goody kid growing up, never drank, smoked, etc. so I rarely had any reason to hide anything. When adulthood came knocking, I started cherishing what few things I could keep to myself. I've been doing this a long time and not a single person in my personal life knows anything about it and that's kind of liberating in it's own weird way. E fedding has become my own little personal journal of stories, life experiences, and even some friendships along the way. |

| Probably the scripts, the live shows and the competitive promo culture. The first two especially are what it's all about to me; both from a spectator standpoint and from an actual writers perspective. I will always have that burning passion for writing but I also love the shows. You see events like Pain for Pride 8 for instance, a masterfully built up and written script wrapped up in beautiful graphics, activity and full support from the entire fed for the most part and what you got was two days of epic, epic, epic proportions. None of this means shit without that experience to me. It trumps over everything else. Everything else can be duplicated, but a masterpiece successful show with unselfish support from the fed around it is literally the only meaning for this place to exist. Otherwise we could all be sitting in y!m, skype, aim, yahoo answers, facebook, twitter chatting and shit. But the final product, the competition and engagement that goes into it, that's what kept me here more than anything else, that is truly the climax of this experience. |
