Background (life Pre-EAW): PRP grew up poor in Puerto Rico and always wanted the luxury life he saw people on TV having. So, he turned to petty thefts, which eventually got him in a lot of fights, which eventually introduced him to MMA and the wrestling business.
Gimmick: An attention whore with a bad attitude. PRP lacks a basic moral code. He believes that fame is highest level of personal achievement attainable, and will steep to any level to get more fame. He'll kick a baby or piss on a puppy if he feels that it'll get him what he wants: gold, wins, accomplishments, accolades, etc (which all lend themselves to giving him more fame). He not only wants to be great, he needs to be told that he is great by everyone. Basically, he wants people to kiss his ass at all times. When anything short of this occurs, PRP becomes incredibly angry/irritated, and uses that as both motivation/aggression in the ring. His ego is completely inflated, for he has an elevated opinion of himself and his own self worth. As a result, he sees most things as a slight to his self proclaimed greatness, and wants to make sure that whomever he wrestles has no doubt who the better man was. He's a weasel, an irritant, arrogant, obnoxious, lavish, but also incredibly motivated and is not above relying on underhanded tactics.
