| Alright, kid, I'm gonna do ya a solid and kinda give you pointers on how to fix your sign up.
PICBASE:Your picbase is taken, and you're going to need to find a suitable fit; however, without a complex gimmick it's hard to pin point one to take for you. I'd recommend Alex Riley, Justin Gabriel or Wade Barrett.
ENTRANCE THEME:
Pick up something unique, something that will fit your gimmick well. Try some of your favorite bands and be sure to pick something that isn't used in WWE.
GIMMICK:Okay, here is the major problem. Without a complex knowledge of what exactly you want of your character you're going to go no where. Try to make this guy a person you'd hate since he's heel, or someone you would love if you're into heel. Give him something special, hell, for all I care make him a heel church priest. Just make this a actual fictional character.
WEAPON OF CHOICE:Make it unique, again, and fit it to your gimmick. Your bare hands is good if you see your character as a street fighter.
COMMON MOVES:Instead of listing a sole superstar, write down all the moves you think your character would use or would be cool to use. This is what a writer will at times go off and it may effect your character in the long run. If he's hardcore, add some gut punches or some Irish Whips. If he is a high flyer, add some dives.
SIGNATURE MOVES AND FINISHER:Make this big and extravagant, but don't use too many. 2-3 finishers and 5-7 signatures is about enough, but nothing below 3 signatures and obviously 1 finisher I feel in my mind is enough. Make sure you give these moves a special name to fit the gimmick.
Other than that, have fun in EAW and post around the forums. We are here to help, as always. |

| I think someone is using the superman punch already. If you want to stand out I'd suggest changing it. |

| I'm going to be honest to help your character. Besides the first sentence of your gimmick, the rest is basically the CM Punk "Best in the World" gimmick that everyone tries to pull. It might work for a few people here, but it's definitely not going to work for a new character and isn't going to help you stand out in-script or in promos.
A street fighter gimmick can work. Build on having to do whatever it takes to survive in the streets of NY. Robbing people, stealing from people, beating the shit out of people to further your life or to stay alive in general. Even say he was a bully/jock in high school (since you're using A-Ry). Transition all of that background into a wrestler, and how all of that is going to help you beat whoever your next opponent is.
Lastly, you better live up to the name Starr... I kid, if you want anymore advice PM me. Also, don't take anything I said personally, it's all just suggestions from someone who's done this a long time. The last person I gave this kind of advice to freaked out, sort of. |
