Most Shocking Moment/Result - "Quality Control" revealing themselves to be Hexa-Gun
Who Stole The Show - Brian Daniels
Ratings/Comments - 7.5/10. It was an excellently well-written show (9/10) with a few exceptions, but the crowd not reacting for a lot of the matches was beyond terrible and a stain on an otherwise superb event. I also can't go without mentioning that "Throw up the X" bullshit. I am genuinely curious what would've happened had Corrupt promoed for the match. I don't condone nor do I accept whatever drives this mentality that it's okay to win a match cleanly when the table is turned in your favor, yet somehow somebody thought it was a good decision to leave the ending of this match ambiguous and indecisive. That's complete and utter bullshit, but I'm very excited for what's to come nonetheless. I can't go without congratulating Brian on a well-deserved victory, he's definitely proven his worth and I'm looking forward to a fantastic reign. On the other end, I think Tyler had a reign up there and possibly standing on a level entirely of its own with the greatest champions EAW's ever had. Props to everyone involved who put in work and did not negatively influence or, how shall I say, corrupt the show in any way.

| Definitely a great script, but 86 pages probably too much for just 8 matches (Not including Pre-Show). Nobody has that type of attention span. But some matches were downright embarrassing, nonetheless, in terms of activity. No excuse can ever make up for that.
Favorite Match (That Isn't Mine) : Hades vs. Xavier - A bit long, but 500 words itself isn't what caused the problem above. A lot of great spots in this one, alongside compelling match story telling. Xavier rises to the top once more.
Favorite Moment/Spot: Brian getting the crowning moment he has LONG deserved, though DC making his long awaited return is a CLOSE second.
Most Shocking Moment/Result: Quality Control turning on Zack Crash or Jamie O'Hara sticking it to Xavier and announcing his Cash-in RVD style.
Ratings/Comments - 8.5/10. Could have used some detail work, and cutting the excess is a definite need going forward, since those were the two origins of all the controversy in my view. The guys that did not promo shouldn't be fully rewarded with face-saving efforts. Regardless, a lot of great match writing here tonight. Two matches worthy of MOTN, and a very compelling, great mainevent on top of it. The show had all you could pretty much want on paper, check marking match writing quality, storyline developing segments, and twists, turns and surprises in some degree or another. Just the crowd was a bit of a let down. But TI usually brings it up a notch, so I doubt this will be a repeating effort. One way or the other, this is a show you pat yourself on the back for if you were involved in any way, even as a promoer. The roster has never been deeper, so it's best to take all this in stride and with gratitude... because no matter who you are these days, there's no lock you're being on an FPV. Tonight marked the first time in a long time that DEDEDE wasn't on an FPV, even if his character wasn't taking a break in script, hard to see that picture being painted differently. Great team effort all around, just need to focus in on the mistakes. |

I can only speak for myself, so I don't know what turned other people off of the live show but for me, when you interrupted the script after Joseph Anubis pulled out a flip phone and told us to "shut our corny asses up, and only make jokes if they're funny," that turned me off of the entire show. If I can't react with jokes and jeers, whether you find them funny or not, I don't see a point in reacting. I'm not a sheep, DDD. As far as "we should be embarrassed," I was embarrassed to be in the audience of a show that the poster stops the script, even if it was just for a second, to tell people to shut up. It was a level of disrespect that I didn't think was necessary, even if you were joking, which I'm not sure if you were or not. Either way, that's what turned ME off from the show. As good of a chairman that I think you are, I'd say after that line, YOU should be embarrassed. |

I mean, I've been told off in the past (and I was one of the people who was doing it today as well) for this kind of stuff. I'm not a fan of simple wooing and stuff like that, I like to have my own fun reacting with 'jokes and jeers' as Charles put it. I would have continued to react had I been around for the show but had to leave mid-way through Maddie/Tarah iirc (read the show when I came home, was kewl, nice work). But yeah, obviously I wasn't around for the whole show and so I don't know the full story, but from what I can piece together, the excessively long show combined with a few comments clearly affected the crowd in some capacity. I think we can all learn from the crowd/script related events today tbh. |

| Favorite Match - Tyler Parker vs Brian Daniels. Loved reading the match. Also a fan of Lannister and Vendetta. Seems like they are the Shield/Evolution feud in EAW (only in singles form) where no matter how many times they fight, it will be a delight.
Favorite Moment - My man (Brian) winning the world title. I believed in him and he delievered. Lovely way to end the show!
Most Shocking Moment/Result - Maybe Jamie taking the risky option to announce his cash in. I didn't even think he'd cash in so soon.
Who Stole The Show - Probably Brian, everyone is a major fan over him and to see him back at the top is something the crowd will adore.
Rating/Comments - I can't say what it was like in chat since I had to pack up to sleep and I heard about the dead section of the chat but reading it, it was pretty decent. 9/10 |

| Kinda sad that during two of the show's main events the only reactions are RRS trolling. The crowd definitively has to step up. I think people will be more excited for TI (more unpredictable) but the staff and community should learn from it and adjust, i.e. starting the show earlier and shortening some matches. You can have an epic match but if no one cares enough to read what's the point. |

Stop making dumb ass excuses, you were one of the more alive ones anyway but if you think I give a fuck your feelings were hurt over small shit like that then FOH. OPs have done much worse to dead crowds / annoying crowds. You have no idea how much of a little bitch you sound like right now. You try to commentate to a trolling/dead crowd for 7 hours then you spoiled ass muthafucka. Then tell me if you give a FUCK about who gets offended when you get fed up with exessive trolling. You all must think im a motherfucking slave dont you?? "DEDEDE told us to shut up so i got offended and it ruined the show for me" get a fucking grip, holy shit. The jokes y'all were cracking were getting dumb and slightly excessive, and I didnt need the show getting trolled. For you to get cunty over that is nauseating. Fuck off then, get turned off from live shows all you want you hurt little bitch, but im gonna continue to do what any good commentator would have done. |

| I think before you spoiled selfish dick eating faggots get your panties caught in a bunch over a commentator telling you to knock some shit off you need to remember that maybe possibly that persons been sitting there for nearly 7 hours posting an 86 page script and try to actually help the fuck out instead of bitching out. Maybe, just maybe that would be more encouraging and maybe, just maybe thatd help the show and the fed more. But for 30 people to sit on the chat dead and pretend theyre there is ridiculous. Log the fuck out if youre gonna be dead for a live show, or actually contribute. And im not debating this shit so any know it all can come on here and act like they know what the fuck theyre talking about, so

| Favorite Match - Ares Vendetta vs. Lannister.
It had a lot of build to it, brilliant story, and was written to near perfection. There's a reason I enjoy Ken's writing when it comes to either segments or matches. Honestly, he's the double standard writer and when he's capable of doing both. He's the best writer in EAW, hands down. I'm really looking forward to see the aftermath of this match and hopefully take witness to a tiebreaker match.
Favorite Moment - Diamond Cage's return.
Although I, of course, had already expected the inevitable being on the board and all. I enjoyed seeing Cage finally returning after he had finally exited the confounds of that dreaded trunk. I hope he's able to get more out of his career now that he's back, it's a shame his inconvenience tarnished what could of been a great reign.
Most Shocking Moment/Result - Jamie O'Hara cashing in his briefcase.
If I was a regular fan, unable to access scripts... this honestly would have fooled me as much as Xavier's defunct cash in on Hades last year. He has a great match ahead of him and quite a noble cash in, if victory shorty follows, well, this moment will be one for the ages.
Who Stole The Show - Ares Vendetta and Lannister.
I'm going to go out of my way and exclude me from everything here, I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible. I honestly think this match was on par with their Pain for Pride match and despite the lack of reactions, this match had to be the best reacted on the card. Everyone enjoyed and the result was fantastic. It was one of the more over matches of the night and it's well deserved.
Ratings/Comments - 8.5/10
With certain matches being a bit too lengthy, some odd build up. It was overall not a horrible follow up to Pain for Pride 8. It was a giant and well put together card, with some iffy matches, but nonetheless was an overall great show. Sure, the crowd sat dead for a while, but you can't blame short attention spans when it's already getting late into the AM's. There's a lot of unanswered questions and amazing build already set for Territorial Invasion, so in my person opinion, Midsummer Massacre did what it set out to do and served it's purpose. I'm hyped to see everything that comes after now. |
