Gimmick (20 words or more): Kevin doesn't use a "gimmick," per se, and his public persona is very close to his real personality. He's all about determination, fighting to the end, and never giving up. His mantra is "Fall. Get Up. Repeat." This is something he always tries to live and inspire his fans to do as well. If he fails, he accepts it, learns from it, and goes back in full force.
Fans are incredibly important to Kevin. As much as he fights for himself, he does it for his fans, to whom he credits all of his success. Without them, he'd just be a buff nobody. Respect to competitors is important, but he is more than willing to fight back against disrespect and show that he's earned his place.
