We have the Hall of Fame Championship which CEA has won twice, but how would you feel about a vixen potentially being a World Champion? Think it's a farce? Wouldn't be opposed? State your thoughts.

IMHO, Vixens shouldn't compete in there. But, it is fine to have Vixens against Elitist to compete without the men's title on the line. As long as the match turns out to be a back-and-forth good quality match and it won't be one-sided without either Elitist use their size advantage to dominate the Vixens or without Vixens using Elitist's weakness to kick them in the balls. well, just my opinion.

I agree with Haruna in a way. I'm all for it, as long as the match is well written, and in the end one of the sides doesn't win in a bullshit way.

I think it would be a great opportunity to have females more involved. If the Vixen's can promo just as well as males then they should be able to grasp any title within their reach. I, too, agree with Haruna. As long as the match is well written and not written in a way where it was a bullshit win, then I'm all for it.

I wouldn't be against a vixen winning the world title aslong as they actually deserve to win it and not just done as a means to say you had a vixen win the world title. If it's like how Cameron won her Hall of Fame titles, I'd be kewl with it.

I'm on the fence about this for different reasons.  In one instance, I'm fine with the women intermingling with the men, even going as far as to win men's titles in an e-fed environment, or in the indies if we're going to get completely soap boxey here.  It's not like there are many workers in the indies or in e-feds lately that clear the 6'0'' mark, which means not many men are exponentially taller than the women. which means there's no differential in genders as long as both sides of the match can work well.  That's more on the realistic standpoint, on the e-fed standpoint...we're pretending to be people who pretend fight for a living.  To act any sort of sanctimonious way about intergender e-fedding is preposterous.  What I find even more so ridiculous about it is that most guys who complain about their character losing to a girl are fine with the person, regardless to their gender behind the character, taking up a male character and beating them.  It's almost like there's a kayfabe machismo, and it's stupid to me.  

I'm currently rping as essentially a late-in-the-teens broomstick, and while I'll admit that PB is an underdog and works like his physique, it's no more ridiculous for me to beat Hades the Hellraiser than Haruna or Tarah or Kendra or any of the women's division.

...and here's where the penny drops and reveals the other side of the coin for me...

If women compete in the men's divisions, it devalues the women's division.  If you want equal-opportunity booking, I think the division has to cease to exist, because if Vixen X is holding the Vixen's title, and Vixen Y wins a men's division strap, unless it's tag team gold, it's going to make Vixen Y look better than her division and therefore better than her division's champion.  Does that make sense?  To put it into another perspective, if Ronda Rousey KO'd a champion in a weight class instead of a gender class, then there's really no reason to keep the gender divide in mixed martial arts. The glass ceiling's shattered, and you can't really repair it without making someone look weak.

So I expressed my thoughts about this on the podcast with Tarah Nova but just in case you're not cool enough to listen to my podcasts, I'll reiterate my statement.

I don't think females should contend for World Heavyweight Championships because in my mind, I feel that that Divas/Knockout/etc is a World Championship of its on exclusive to females. Whereas I agree that women should fight men if it is realistic, I think females should stick to the championship they have rather than going for the World Heavyweight Championship. I mean we know Demon jokes on about facing Tarah for the Vixens belt but why not if you suppose the majority are for females clinching World Heavyweight Championships? In my opinion and head-canon, whatever leading females belts are presented in company counts as a World Championship in some way for that female wrestler.
