If you started your own e-fed what would it be called and what would you do to make it unique?

I'd just call it the Vixen's division and book the same people over and over.

An all-male e-fed. Females can join, but they have to join as male characters and be a part of that division. That way, they can stop bitching about being booked in the same matches repeatedly.

For at least the first year, I'd do something similar to Challenge of the Immortals in Chikara, or Territory League where you'd have 2 or more rosters competing against one another in a more sports themed wins matter sort of way.  I'd also bunk the idea that one division's more important than the other and do like UFC and book whatever division's hot in the main event...so essentially, what Evolve was supposed to be, but with brands/teams/franchises.

I would have a promotion/relegation system set up into a fed. 

A Show: Top Tier 

B Show: Second Teir 

C Show: Third tier (If it gets to that point.) 

Win loss records for a period of time (3-4 month increments) would be taken into account. The top 3 of the B/C shows would be promoted, the bottom 3 of the A and B shows would be relegated. Women would have their own title and appear on any show, Tag Team and Touranment Championships would be eligible to everyone but The tiers of championships could only be be won on a given show. For example:

World heavyweight Championship- Only those on the A Show Can challenge for/hold it
World Television Championship- Only Those on B Show Can challenge for/hold it
United States/Regional Championship- Only Those on C Show can challenge for/hold it. 

Everyone new will start off on the C show, their win/loss record not counting against them but against their opponents.

Rage Wrestling Federation. 

Design it around such bases as a combination between PWG/Lucha Underground. A mixture of both hard hitting, extreme, back breaking style wrestling, as well as an assortment of story driven content, drama, and action thrown into the mix. Storylines would contain both regular one on one action, tag team battles, faction battles, female again female, and other such things. Something I want to throw into the mix is a grouping of dangerous matchups, with increasing level of danger and shock value.
