Scenes from the Memory is definitely unique, but there's entire genres dedicated to those who write albums as a single story. Dream Theater is Progressive Metal. A band like Rush or Yes is Progressive Rock. A personal favorite of mine, Coheed and Cambria, is Progressive Punk (among a litany of other genre influences). You should delve more in to the world of progressive music, Haruna. I believe you will like what you find. My personal greatest album has to be "Discovery" by Daft Punk. That's saying something, considering my main genre of choice is metal. I love all music, tho. |
