If you have Fifa 15, get on and go to manager mode.

ONLY CHOOSE A CLUB THAT HAS A TRANSFER BUDGET OF 30,000,000 OR LESS. It doesn't matter what league, just make sure the transfer budget is 30,000,000 or less.

Once you choose your club, choose whatever settings, as you're just setting up your club to your absolute liking from the start.

Once you get to the transfer market, you can only get players that range from ages 25 and under. Doesn't matter who they are, just ages 25 and under.

Once you're finished, post your entire club on here, including substitutes and reserves.
