| With the preseason starting up in a few weeks I thought it'd be a good idea to start an NFL thread. Post your thoughts/predictions on the upcoming season. |

| Seahawk's and Niners dominate, Seahawks repeat, Lions stay depressing, and Christian Ponder will be suspended for steroid usage |

| I expect the 49ers and Panthers to be solid contenders this year but with the Seahawks and Broncos the favorite to win it all. |

| I'll be posting some season predictions in the coming weeks, but definitely good to get this thread started now. Pretty much every division but the AFC South is up for grabs, should be quite the season. |

| Pats, Broncos and Packers win their divisions again, Bengals, Seahawks and Colts win their divisions for the second consecutive year, Falcons and Giants win their respective divisions, while the Wildcard seeds go to the 49ers, Saints, Chargers and Jets (I'd say another AFC North team, but I think they will all kill each other jockeying for 2nd position). Also, Seahawks 19-0, or bust Joking, but seriously I'm not, but I am, but I'm not. |

| Anyone you guys are excited to see that wasn't on your team last year, or had a less prominent role than they figure to have this year? I'm pretty pumped for more Harvin, interested to see what role Richardson and Norwood will have in the offense, and some of the guys who redshirted or didn't get as many reps last year. Can't forget Christine Michael likely becoming more involved, either. |

I'm really pumped to see the 2013 5th rounders perform, myself. Luke Willson showed some nice signs last year, and if he can work on his hands a bit, he could become a real dangerous weapon in the passing game. Tharold Simon is built like the prototypical Seahawks corner, so there's a lot to love there, and of course Jesse Williams is the fucking man and will fuck everyone up. Williams Wall 2.0, bitches! |

| OK, it's now officially confirmed that this 2014 NFL Draft class is basically a mirror of all of the QBs who debuted in 2004.
Blake Bortles = Big Ben (Only without the alleged rape, obviously) Teddy Bridgewater = Philip Rivers (Of course Teddy isn't going to get a ring. He plays for the Vikings) Derek Carr = Eli Manning (Brothers were #1 draft picks...Neither have the talent pool to win the Super Bowl...Justin Tuck will probably win games for them. It all checks out) Connor Shaw = Tony Romo (Great arm, best of the lot of them, chokes at the worst possible time, on a team which won't be able to succeed despite his ability) Johnny Manziel = J.P Losman |
