| I have been reading a lot within the past two hours, especially on life. It gives me a warm heart to say that actually reading a book can help alleviate any stress that has been planted upon yourself, especially when you feel in a confused situation that you are currently facing. Who are your top favorite book/novels by an author.
Mine are:
1. "A Long Walk to Forever" by Kurt Vonnegut (probably one of the most simplest, short stories I have ever read)
2. "EPICAC" by Kurt Vonnegut 3. "Choose Life" by Daisaku Ikeda 4. "The Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger 5. "A Separate Peace" by John Knowles
I decided to disregard the Game of Thrones "A Dance with Dragons" and the Harry Potter book edition because I consider their read as more of a hobby, because I can't really apply the stories into my life. Though I love George Martin and J.K Rowling, these books, especially, doesn't come as a huge significance.
What are yours? |

| I haven't read the entire Harry Potter series but the ones I have read thus far I have really enjoyed. But over the past 6 months I've been reading books by Rick Riordan. In January I finished "The Blood of Olympus" which is the final book in the Heroes of Olympus Series. I Loved all 5 books from that series and The Percy Jackson Series(Which also consists of 5 books and The Heroes of Olympus Series is a direct sequel.)
I also started his series on Egyptian Mythology a little over a month ago: The Kane Chronicles. I'm currently on the final book in that series, "The Serpents Shadow". I've loved all of those books too. I would have to say Rick Riordan is my favorite Author and my favorite book from the three series would have to either be "The Battle of The Labyrinth" (The fourth book in the Percy Jackson & and the Olympians Series) or "The House of Hades" (The fourth book in the Heroes of Olympus Series). |

-Ventura, I've sold a few books, 200+. I'm still new, but already had a few book signings in NYC, mainly in my college. |

The Lost Hero, The Son of Neptune, The Mark of Athena, The House of Hades, and The Blood of Olympus. There's also books called The Demigod Files and The Demigod Diaries which contain short stories which I recommend you read before getting too much further in the series as some of the short stories help clear up things that occur in the future books. It's really just so you won't be confused. |

| Harry Potter series and A Series of Unfortunate Events.
I've read stuff like Artemis Foul and stuff but never really got into it.
My step dad published a book called Dimensional Perception, it was a pretty good read too. |

| The Holy Bible (Word of God) written by various authors; who were examples/witnesses of a Holy life and real walk with God. Also walks through history leading up to Jesus. (Inspirations of God) Even though it is labeled with "Kings James," he did not contribute to the Holy life. All that he did was slap his name on it because he thought of himself as a God but in truth, he was a way sinful king that didnt even like religion.
I also like the Oddessy by Homer. |

| The CHERUB series by Robert Muchamore, the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling and A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket/Daniel Handler are probably my favourites.
There aren't too many individual books that I've actually read though.
Road to Success by Napoleon Hill is pretty good though. I also quite liked The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma. |
