Full Metal Mayhem was amazing. Best match we'll ever get to see on TV nowadays, and is up there for mainstream match of the year.

Are u serious? I give WWE credit all the time... Fuckin WEE-LC was one of the more exciting matches of the year to me. I called this years WM an instant classic and one of the best, I even said Night of Champions was a decent show despite there being only two good matches there. This past Raw was shit, but just because Rock showed up and Ambrose antics and Ziggler match I gave it slightly below average rating. 3 People are what made a 3 Hour Show worth watching. Thats pathetic, but I fuckin curve grades for WWE and suddenly im making excuses for it? Im not even gonna entertain that retarded notion of yours anymore, i would hope yall are just trolling though at this point i doubt it. I don't have loyalty to companies. I spent years shitting on TNA, but suddenly im the one who's biased and defending it? Why cause im actually giving it a chance? GTFOH. This match was the best mainstream match of the year, just callin it like i see it. In the indys young bucks been putting on better matches no doubt, but on national tv we simply havent seen better (and probably wont for a long time). Good TV is good TV and idgaf about the other shit until I see the product being shit before my very own eyes.

An an apologist smart mark is a guy who has a rebuttal for every bit of criticism showed to their preferred company (TNA or WWE for example) and feel the need to defend it by all costs like theyre paying them. In the meanwhile, they use shit like dirt sheets to discredit a company putting on great shows just because of some shit they read on the internet like the wannabe bookers they are. Sounds like plenty of yall tbh. But I dont feel the need to explain myself anymore because its clear some of yall dont even watch wrestling for the actual show anymore, and no amount of great wrestling TNA crams into a 2 hour show will ever be enough. If u dont wanna give TNA another chance thats fine I cant blame yall, but dont act like me and AA or whoever else are the blind ones for actually giving it a chance and liking what we see 

If you guys like TNA, that's cool but I'll never see why you guys always have to compare it to what WWE are throwing around, if somebody says 'Impact sucked', the only defense to the show is 'lol but you'll watch RAW instead :pacspit:' or something instead of saying why TNA is great, if the Full Mayhem match was great, just say its great or up there for Match of the Year, I don't see why offending people who prefer to watch WWE are called apologetic smart marks (and why anybody on the internet discussing wrestling is referring to somebody as a smart mark ...)

I mean really, I don't think anybody who watches WWE these days thinks its putting out great shows, just looking through this thread its generally only Ambrose, Bryan, Zayn, Rollins or Lesnar that are exciting people, or NXT. Nobody that I've seen spams a about how epic the shows are, most people are generally criticizing WWE anyway unless it's involving NXT. If I watch two TNA shows in a row and say they were completely boring (which they were) with the most confusing, bizzare battle royal stipulations and pretty short tv matches with the biggest moments being Devon fucking Dudleys return and Dixie (of all people) running away from going through a table, there's some general defense to it anyway or whatever. I don't see how you guys can act like you don't generally think TNA is the be and end all, maybe you don't think that way (im sure you dont) but it certainly comes across that away, especially from AA.

Can you really blame people for not wanting to watch TNA and constantly make jokes about it? It's a company that spent years convincing people to not watch the show, they're asking people to pay for a show that they've put together on the fly with no build and put it out in Japan, why would I want to watch a company that doesn't even take itself seriously? I'm not saying WWE's booking is any better, since its certainly not and I don't watch it aside from the odd few times, but it's not being 'blind' or 'apologetic smart marks' because they don't want to watch TNA, it's because TNA made people not want to watch TNA. Who wants to watch a promotion that could very well be dead by the new year?

Like I said, if you like TNA, more power to you but calling people 'blind' or 'apologetic smart marks' because they won't watch it is probably a big reason why people won't watch the product especially when its hailed as some consistently epic show and then fails to live up to these expectations.

I'll never understand the point of criticizing other fans for what they like or don't like in wrestling. I like pretty much anything, cuz at least wrestling is still fun to make fun of when it's bad. But I don't care if people don't like or even watch what I do. It's being different that makes the world great. It would be boring and unrealistic if the entire world was mindless drones who only watch WWE or only watch TNA. 

I thought the Full Metal Mayhem match was great. It wasn't my favorite match of the year so far, but it was very good and probably my favorite TNA match this year.
