HOUSE OF GLASS #9: It's TIME

Looking at myself in the mirror I have one question to ask: are you ready? House of Glass is just two days away and I cannot help but think about the things that are bound to happen. Part of me is looking to see if I truly am prepared for everything that is about to go down while the rest of me is ready to kill. The predator is on the run and always is patient.. always is stalking and always is looking for the kill, just like I am going to do at the House of Glass when everyone makes that same mistake that I will take as an advantage to take what I want: the opportunity be the next number one contender for that EAW Hardcore Championship. I’m tired of hearing from the same guys.. Hearing the words coming from the mouth of Target Smiles.. Ahren Fournier.. and Brayden Wolfe. The others KNOW that they do not stand a chance, but the rest of you, really do not stand a chance either. You see I still am on the move and I still will make sure that whether you like it or not House of Glass will be MY show. I am tired of being looked down on. Every single time I make my return people think that it’s just sweet to try and take me as an example, when really this is not that chance. This is the chance for me to get myself back fully and make a NAME for myself. I do not just WANT this opportunity I need this opportunity. Ahren Fournier, I love the fact that you just love to run your mouth. Everything just does not seem to make sense to you, but I’ll make sure to beat into your skull at House of Glass. If you really think that you can beat me Ahren Fournier, it’s time to get out of your little dream and turn your eyes back to reality where you see ME defeating you. You wanted to step towards me and now you got one of the best elitist to ever step in the ring waiting for you to make just that one simple mistake that I know you will make.. and I will pounce on it and make you look foolish. Ahren this is where you will realize that this is not for me to fall but for me to get back to where I was. You believe that I will not make it back to where I was, but watch you see yourself as the stepping stone for me to get to the next step. Then all you can do is laugh at yourself for the words that you said which were LIES. Just like Target Smiles.. you’re a fraud. Target likes to say that everyone is saying “no I’m winning.. no I’m winning..” But YET, he is said that right in his head. Right under that stupid mask that he wears to cover his shame of a face, he knows that he will fall to me. Ahren I know that I do not have anything to prove that I’m ready, but I’ll just make sure to prove it right at House of Glass. This is MY proving point right now and when I step into that ring just know that I’m pressed to get what I want.

I’m stepping into this House of Glass which is fully fragile just like Ahren Fournier and Target Smiles. Brayden Wolfe took a step to a chance and failed to catch it because he just was not ready. I watched what happen to see just exactly you could get to and just like all of these guys you’re nothing. Me.. I’ve done this before. I’ve been at this level.. I’ve taken my heights and then the shame is that after House of Glass I’m going to do it AGAIN before you guys can even say you mean something to this business. I have one thing focused on my mind and that is that EAW Hardcore Championship. And after I take that victory I’m going to watch Darkane and Scott Diamond and I’m going to see who walks away with the championship because right after that I’m going to take it from him. I’m in the middle of a war and this is just the first battle that I need to TAKE as a win. I am NOT going to be seen as a mistake again.. I’m NOT going to FALL to any of you because this is WHAT I LIVE FOR.. I LIVE FOR THE OPPORTUNITIES LIKE THIS.. I live to earn each and every single chance to make myself better each time and I KNOW that I’ve made my mistakes coming back from time to time but this is just going to ADD to the success that I’ve gained on my legacy. So when I ask myself am I ready? HELL YEAH.. I was BORN READY for this. I hope all of you are ready to see me in that ring because I’m going to TAKE away exactly what each of you want. This Glass Gauntlet match is more than just a match to me. This is a piece to my career that I am going to add to the puzzle that connects to every other piece that I already have. I hope that you know that I’m going to take down each and everyone of you and be the man that is going to be known as THE KING of Hardcore.

24/7 Battle Royal Promo
Promo #9:

[The following scene takes place in a dimly lit room, where Kaise Boetius is shown crossing his
knees while sitting on the floor.]

Kaise: It's almost time.

[He glances over at the old-fashioned clock that is hanged above his head, as it is almost a few minutes before the strike of midnight--officially commencing the day of the annual Pain For Pride X. He continues to gaze upon the clock for several more seconds, blinking his eyes slowly, before looking down onto the floor.]

Kaise: -laughter-

[He looks over at the only surviving pictures of his wife, Elizabeth, and his daughter, Ashley. The picture includes the three of them smiling together as they were all having lunch somewhere in the picture. He gives a rare smile, almost succumbing to tears. He immediately places his hand slowly upon the pictures, and gazes at the single candle that is lit in front of him.

Kaise: I am going to win... for you two, or else... there won't be any else.

[Feed abruptly cuts.]

Malicious Intentions #9
A Wild Cameron Appeared?

Here I go, trying to be quiet and just sit back and observe and maybe cackle in amusement at some things that have been said, but nay…. Cameron Ella Ava, former Champion and one of the cornerstones of Empire and the Women’s division en masse, has deigned to speak to me of all people. I don’t quite bristle and feel insulted that you put me in the same category as an idiot and an injury prone failure, but cackle a little bit. I’m glad that you have come to that assessment. I like sneaking around a little underestimated. Used to it. All those beefy, testosterone-fueled flyboys I served with used to do the same thing until I started bitchslapping enough of them to get a high rank in my squadron.

You know, there is this sort of perception that I WANT people to pay attention to me, that I want them to pick me to win, to adore and fall over and worship the ground that I walk on! That couldn’t be farther from the truth. While I’m starting to gain a new respect for wrestlers and their fans, that doesn’t mean I give a flying fuck if any of the people on the roster or in the crowd are cheering for me to win. I don’t need the people’s admiration or ambitions to get where I want to go. And even if I did, that’s a dangerous folly to me. The only person that can push you where you want to go is yourself. You know this, being a former champion yourself, yes?

This is not about Erica Ford, either. Though I know the crazy little nerd is probably rooting for me, I don’t think she’s putting money on me. One of the things that she flat-out told me is that she wouldn’t put money on me. Not because she doesn’t think I have the potential to be very good, but because there is just too much talent swimming around in the pool. I fancy myself a pretty stealthy, dangerous shark, but unfortunately, I’m swimming in an ocean of killer whales, orcas, other sharks, and so on. It’s not going to be an easy proposition for me to find a way to lift that Cup. That’s honestly why I want to do it. While a part of me does thrive in the underdog role and wants to win that Cup just under the extremely petty auspice of holding that honor being the equivalent of rubbing a dog’s nose in its own filth to try to house-train it, another part genuinely wants to use this match as a barometer of just how far I’ve come.

You’ll be a bit saddened to hear that I’m NOT going to go into the gym for an extra hour on your say so. While I do take everything, you say very seriously, I have a strategy already in mind of light work, heavy recovery trying to get ready for this event. I’m not going to wear myself out before a big match just to try to look good for the cameras and be on TV. In fact, as I’m talking to you now I’m sitting on a couch in a hotel room in pajama bottoms and a tank top, STILL looking good enough for the cameras to be on TV. Am I at the best version of myself as a wrestler, probably not. But any version of me that’s going to come along is not going to pander and be concerned about what you do or say. I’m going to do things my own way, with my own style.  And I will get results with them. You say that no one sees any logic in my winning this contest or anything like that? That no one wants to see me win? That’s fine.

Is it completely weird that I start getting the urge to be victorious suddenly? Yeah. But now that I have my focus back, I will give my all to win this weekend. And if I lose? Then it’s just a setback, not a defeat. The great martial artist and actor Bruce Lee once said “No one has been defeated until defeat has been accepted as reality.” I don’t accept defeat. Ever. You girls may not see it, but every loss that I’ve taken, every humiliation suffered has bubbled inside my very core, a burning, angry wave of furious energy ready to explode. I took it a bit easy on Cherrise to finish her quick, but the more I am around you women, the more that I thoroughly feel the need to honestly beat the holy hell out of any one of you that I can get my hands on.

Two things you may want to know about me:

I’m not keen about taking prisoners. If I have a target in mind, they’re not being held captive. They’re getting swallowed up in the garden of my turbulence.

I will never be taken prisoner. Ever. Have you ever heard of the battle of Iwo Jima? Of the over 20,000 Japanese troops that stood against over 100000 American troops in hopeless but glorious battle, only 216 of them formally surrendered during the battle. Most of the rest were killed. If this Grand Rampage is my Iwo Jima, so be it. But I can assure you, there will be plenty of casualties along the way down with me, and if I manage to snag a shiny little beast like you along the way, I’ll pass on into the wrestling afterlife a little easier knowing I knocked you down a peg or two. You seem to be very adept at running your mouth. I want to test out of the fists can back up all this bluster, face to face.

Welp, given how long I have been a wrestling fan, this is basically going to be a collection of my ten fondest memories about the business. Here goes:

#1 - Big Van Vader

LOOK AT THIS GUY. This guy hitting a MOONSAULT on your friend and mine Sting is the very first thing related to wrestling that I saw as a little kid. The sight of this larger-than-life mountain of a man, flying through the air like the world's most muscular butterfly, pretty much single-handedly made me into a wrestling fan, right there and then.

#2 - Ric Flair

Arguably the best promo man of all times, long before Steve Austins and the Dwayne Johnsons took the world by storm. What made him TRULY great, however, was his uncanny ability to have fantastic matches with just about anyone: you could be the sloppiest, dumbest, least talented musclehead in the roster, but the moment you stepped in the ring with him, he would make you into a star. I cannot even begin to count the men who wouldn't have been as successful in the business without him.

#3 - Shawn Michaels

After two WCW guys, finally a WWF/E guy in the top three. And what a guy he is: you know how some wrestlers don't make it far because, as good as they are in the ring, they lack showmanship and charisma? You know how some other are good on the mic, but are held back by their lack of in-ring talent? Well, Michaels was great at both, he was the perfect mix: from this standpoint, he was perhaps the best of all times. Unfortunately, he also was one of the most obnoxious, insufferable prick in the business, refusing to work with guys and pulling backstage politics stunts left and right: he apparently got better after discovering religion in the 2000s... Which gave us the Vince vs God angle, so yeah. How WWE did NOT delete that from their account is beyond me.

#4 - Mick Foley

This guy had more charisma than all other wrestlers in history combined, but he lacked the technical abilities: how did he make up for it? BY PUTTING HIS LIFE (literally!) ON THE LINE. He was so in love with the business that, for the sake of telling a good story, he accepted to (in completely random order): be powerbombed by Vader on concrete, do a hangman spot where his ear was literally ripped apart, be speared through a flaming table, be thrown off the HiaC cage twice in the same night, and God knows how many more. On other news, a twisted thumb once caused Sin Cara to break character and call off a match with Alberto Del Rio.

#5 - Bret Hart

You are two positions below your real life rival, sorry Bret. Fantastic in the ring and excellent on the mic, Bret was, for all intent and purposes, the perfect babyface. Unfortunately for him, he reached the peak of his career in a time period, during which being the perfect babyface wasn't considered cool anymore. This led to a downfall in his career in WWF, so he jumped ship to WCW... Just as WCW was entering its dumbest, screwiest, most destructive period. Suffices to say, that didn't end well.

#6 - Sting

A certified legend and arguably the biggest star to ever achieve international success outside of WWE/F, the sole reason why he doesn't rank higher in this list is that, for some reason, he has played the role of the dumb babyface (you know, the one whose friends always end up turning on him) for most of his career. And I just cannot get behind dumb babyfaces. Now I know it is technically not his fault (the bookers wrote him into such angles), but... Well, one would think that, after such a long, glorious career, a prominent wrestler such as Sting would have at least a degree of creative control over his character, right? But apparently, the creative control card is something only Hogan and his buddies pulled regularly, both in WCW and in TNA.
Oh, and he once teamed with Robocop.
Of course I am serious.

#7 - Kane

This is a man who earned my respect simply by remaining in the business. The fact that a man could remain true to his passion and keep on doing his job with professionalism, despite how consistently the bookers have been throwing all sorts of crap at him over the years, is nothing short of amazing. First debuting as Fake Diesel (by which I mean, he wore a wig and pretended to be Kevin Nash, who had jumped to WCW earlier that month. That didn't end well), Glenn Jacobs was then repackaged as Jerry Lawler's EVIL DENTIST. That didn't end well, either. So he returned as the Undertaker's demented brother Kane, whose run with the company included being accused of necrophilia (complete with Triple H reenacting the alleged corpse-screwing), having his backstory retconned approximately 382947 times, raping and impregnating Lita, falling on top of Lita following a chair shot from one Gene Snitsky (which caused her to miscarry), electrocuting Shane McMahon's balls, setting Jim Ross on fire (oh by the way, Daniel Bryan was once fired for pulling the tie of an announcer. It was too violent an act, you see), jobbing to his brother, teaming up with his brother, turning on his brother, jobbing to his brother AGAIN, ruining Zack Ryder's career on the way to persuading John Cena to embrace the hate, and becoming a corporate suit. Somehow, none of the above caused him to ask for his release. Mad props there, man.

#8 - The Undertaker

Ok be honest with me here. If a guy registered on this site and said, "my gimmick is that of a wrestling undertaker who is actually undead, and possesses magical powers granted to him by a misterious urn", would you take him seriously? Somehow, Mark Calaway took this gimmick and built a legendary career on it. The fact that the same man, who consistently put on five star matches with all sorts of opponents, could then do things like kidnapping Stephanie McMahon (or Teddie Long), hanging the Big Bossman, burying Paul Bearer in cement or remotely causing Bob Orton to bleed, all the while remaining absolutely credible in the eyes of the fans, is something that will never cease to amaze me. And of course, we are talking about a man who, in 22 appearences at WM, managed to string together 20 victories... And that thing with Giant Gonzalez, before being defeated in somewhat anticlimactic fashion by Brock Lesnar. With Cena on his way to matching (if not beating) Ric Flair's record of world titles held, the streak is the one feat that nobody will ever recreate.

#9 - The Big Show

Another guy whom I respect for his willingness to keep on doing his job, despite the crap creatives have thrown at him since he first debuted. And in his case, I use the expression "since he first debuted" very literally: as a trainee, he was an impressive super-heavyweight who was legitimately capable of dropkicks, so in his very first match as a professional wrestler, WCW creatives decided to... Put him in a MONSTER TRUCK SUMO MATCH ON THE ROOF OF A BUILDING. At the end of which he was PUSHED OFF SAID ROOF, presumably to his death.
What, you thought I was making that up? But don't worry, he got better, to the point that, later that same night, he won the WCW world title from Hogan by DRY HUMPING HIM with help from The Yeti (who for some reason was dressed like a mummy).
Since then, he has been in the business, first in WCW and then in WWF/E, for 21 years, during which he has turned, from face to heel to face to heel, a grand total of 20 (TWENTY!) times. The fact that he has never tried to kill any of the bookers is reason enough for me to genuinely respect the man.

#10 - That guy who was in the Triple Threat with HBK and HHH at WM XX

Look, I know why WWE would want to erase Chris Benoit from their history and recordbooks, to the point of carefully avoiding to even mention his name... And well, considering the circumstances of his death, I cannot really blame them: in fact, I myself have dropped the man from spot #1 to spot #10 in my personal chart, solely because of what he did. But now matter how hard I try, I cannot possibly forget about his extraordinary matches, his superb performances he put on in every company he wrestled for. WM XX is my favorite PPV of all times solely because of that shot of him hugging Eddie Guerrero (whom I left out of this list to avoid going on a rant about how his death was exploited) in the middle of the ring, the coronation of the hero's journey of two men who, after being consistently held back in both WCW and WWF, finally had made it to the top of the world. For that moment, for his incredible matches in WCW, for the brilliant storylines he was part of in WWF/E, and for his incredible, unique style (nobody has ever been as good as him at combining ferocious aggression with technical skills), Chris Benoit is, and by far, my true #1, the one wrestler I truly admired and idolized... Until he did what he did.

Welp, there you have it. I really sound like an old man right now, don't I? :p

So as Steele mentioned before, I will be assisting him in this High School Story's development to ensure it'll be for the long haul and share the work load alongside him. To really grasp the High School experience.. It's very clear that sports will be implemented into the story. On this thread you will post which Fall sport you wish to sign up for and will effect the direction of your character for the entire season of Fall. You will be required to list the sport along with the Jersey number of your choosing. Once a number is taken, it can then no longer be selected by anyone else. For example: If I took the number 9, that number is my number and no one else could select that number. You must also list the position you'd like to try out for. For football, you must list one of the positions.. Like QB, RB, CB etc. I understand for some sports you can't really specify like for Golf or Volleyball which is fine.

Now that everything is explained let's see these sign ups!

Blair Oak's High School Football

*WR*Ty Cruz #11

*CB* JJ Silva #22

*WR*Nikolai Shirokov #13

*QB* Jesse Soler #4

*RB* Nasir Luciano Milani #17

*mid-fielder* Ayumi Miyahara #98

*Goal tender* Nikolai Shirokov #13

The thread will be edited adding each of the cast to the sport they're joining along with their position and jersey number.

Grand Rampage #9

Oh Christopher.. I can call you that right..? Well it really doesn’t matter because I’m going to keep doing so. You just keep running your mouth trying to put yourself over me even with some false facts you claim.. Like I am currently on a winning streak. Lucian Black and Tig Kelly can both tell you that. That’s two men you could never beat, Christopher. So let me get this straight--- You’re basically implying you’re a rising star and have more of a credible career compared to my own? You seem to have this profound disdain when it comes to the level and really even being compared. You see, in our time within the Iconomy I learned a lot about you. So much in fact, that I know you only begin to cling onto the one’s who have easily surpassed you and you try and weigh them down because where we stand today.. You just can’t help the fact that you’re dead weight. All I’ve been able to hear from you is things from the past within The Iconomy.. But The Iconomy is dead. It’s no longer around and you’re trying to live in the past, whilst I have evolved far beyond that. You’re right though.. My career is still unproven and my mark on the landscape has been non-existent.. Until this last month. I’m beginning to think that my blank slate is beginning to hold more weight than your negative one. While yes, you have qualified for gold.. But look at the opponents in that match? It’s nowhere near a challenge and once you get to the actual match you will suffer another monumental loss probably sending you back to the house and Big Mike without a job forcing you two to come up with your next “grand return.” Question me, Christopher; go ahead and question the damage I can do to this company and specifically your chin. I can honestly say I am sick and tired of hearing you bring up the past and other opinions. You can barely think on your own which is why Big Mike was hired in the first place so he can tell you what he thinks so you have a promo for the next week. Why don’t you let me save you the trouble and keep you off of any card for the foreseeable future with the physical handicaps I can bestow on you. I’m looking to build an empire off of the limp bodies of these two stooges being Chris Elite and Big Mike.

No Mercy will be shown at Grand Rampage.

I will break you down, Chris..

The crowd won’t help but wince in your pain.

Doesn't it amaze you how changing small habits of yours can change your life so much? You see, for the past year, I was victim of speaking because I felt I had to. Everyone did... so why wouldn't I address my thoughts? However, as I'm growing older and gaining wisdom as both a professional wrestler and human being, I'm learning the power of silence. I don't feel the need to explain myself for everything. That's really it. With that being said, I think now is the best time for me to speak of the direction JJ Silva’s career is taking. Since the beginning of this week, I have continuously listened to all of the elitist claiming they know me while attempting to put me down. Instead of taking my anger out onto the world, I manifested something that I had been searching for since day one: purpose. I needed a noun to focus on, and though I had thought it was the world heavyweight championship... it wasn't. Well, it's part of my purpose here in this company, but to prove to myself that I belong here, I need to truly go out there while firing at each and every elitist or vixen who comes out so my worth can be noted. Nothing can stand in front of me, but nonetheless, men will try. Look at none other than Y2Impact. When you sign a contract with greatness, you're bound to face people who want to knock you off your game. That's a given. I'm actually glad that Impact is here because I know he knows I am no walk in the park, because I know that he see’s me as a former thorn in his side. He dreads the fact that I am here because he knows I’m persistent as hell. I had Y2Impact and The Mercenaries beat. I learned from my losses at House Of Glass and Shock Value, and not one man can say that I did not have you two beat in the Shock Value match. It doesn’t matter, though.. You won. I have become stronger since then-- and you no longer have an army of rogue elitist to back you up.. I know for a fact you’re just as capable of succeeding on your own.. But I will not let it come easy. In the heat of the moment, I've done many dangerous things to men... and you best pray that nothing happens to you, Impact. There is always a method to my actions, and if you continue barking up the wrong tree, the consequences will only be more severe. There isn't a spark of decency in JJ Silva. I'm a demented soul, and you want no part of me. When I say something, I mean it. You will be swimming in a sea of grief after I'm through with you. Don't take my words with a grain of salt. Fortune favors the bold, and if I am one thing on this planet, I am bold. Throw stones at me, and I'll send your entire world crashing down on you.

I have a message to every elitist and vixen out there in the Grand Rampage and even the ones watching from EAW: I don't see you as threats. I will take all of you on by myself, and EAW, if there's one man that can’t put an end to you... it's JJ Silva. Forget about the disputes that you have on the corporate-side. This business has always revolved around what happens inside of that ring, and in that regard, I've shown the world that I'm on the up-rise. Fear me not for what I can do to you - fear me for what I will do to you if you stand in front of my future.

I will go on and have gold this year… I will have a dominate reign.. I’ll be the best of my generation…

As far as I’m concerned, I already possess that crown.

Voltage Promo #1

It's funny how everyone is walking around either pouting or is in jubilation over the fact that they got drafted to a show.  I'm shocked at the fact that either of the new general managers took their time to actually consider me, do they not know what kind of damage I'll be doing to their brand?  The clock is ticking and there is only so much time left before the time bomb goes off; I'm an asset that is full of liabilities. I know that during the hushed negotiations there was plenty of conversation about Starr Stann, Brian Daniels, Aren Mstislav, Ares Vendetta, and Matthew Miles.

There wasn't a single mention of my name, AKA the man that gravitas forgot.

I'm just another bitch for EAW to bend over and forget as I choke on the cum-filled condom of depression and isolation.  Let's just pimp out The Mexican Samurai to another show called "Showdown".  Showdown?  Am I suppose to be impressed by the Elitist that I see on the roster?  There's already one annoying name that I see and that is the name of Matt Miles.  The internal favorite and company-picked successor for a World Title opportunity, and I had one demand for Mr. Miles.  Matt, I asked you not to embarrass me by losing at Battleground.

AND GUESS WHAT? YOU LOST LIKE A FUCKING BITCH!

I don't care if it was a close match or the level of competition you faced.  I certainly don't give a fuck if Jaime O' Hara was the Cash In the Vault winner.  You made me look like a joke.  I should have saw this coming though because there was no way that I should have even been second place in the 24/7 battle royal.  You were the destined favorite to win and there was no one even close to being spoiler before I showed up.  If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have had to reach down deep and show heart.   Where was your heart at Battleground?  Do you really think that you are ready for a title shot?  Don't regress this year because I'll be keeping a close eye on you.

I'm the number one contender when you eventually win that title.

I need to stop dwelling in the past.  I'm too old for that kind of shit.  It's time to start looking at the future and EAW celebrates its ninth season and, as you are aware, there are plenty of "New Breed" that are going to be proclaiming their wishes for the future.  They'll go around spouting a bunch of nonsense that everyone's heard about before, especially about how they are the "new generation" and blah, blah, blah.    They'll get on their knees and hold the large cylinder beam of hope and proceed to stick it down their throat without a sense of dignity; and, impressively, without gagging.  I'm not some sort of impressive torch-bearer for the promotion...no....I'm the rusted anchor that is slowly dragging down the ship until it inevitably sinks and drowns everybody.   The young ones seek the scepter in order to proclaim themselves the Kings and Queens of the EAW Kingdom.

I'll break that goddamn scepter in half.

The brass sees nothing in me.  They don't take me seriously at all and every word that I proclaim tends to go unnoticed and laughed at.  I am treated as a joke and my name is spread around more than the STD's of Maria Gonzalez.  Just take a look at where they placed me on the card during Voltage, a show that I shouldn't even be on.  I'm placed against Clark Duncan, a man who couldn't even bother to show up for Pain For Pride except to be fodder for Vance Tybull.

Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,
Clark Duncan,

Your name seeps into the dark matter of my brain as I fish to get you out.  Your image is burned into my retinas as you dominate the landscape of my dreams; no, I do not lust after you.  I simply wish to destroy everything that you hold dearly because you are the person who now stands in front of everything that I'm trying to create.

I'm going to create a sweet symphony of destruction.

Your biggest fear is going to become a reality because you are going to get lost in the shuffle.  It is an incredibly bad time to be in the company right now simply because I’m in it.  COMPLETE AND UTTER FUCKING DOMINANCE.  This isn't going to be just a squash match, because this is going to be statement to the other wrestlers and to the board members of Showdown.  You can try to crack a joke here and there but nothing about this beating is going to be funny.  I'm going to prove in one match that I deserve to be in the upper echelon of talent of my brand and that anyone who stands in my way will be eviscerated.

I get it, Clark.  You hide through the laughter while harboring a depression deep inside yourself; a tool to repress the true feelings that inhabit your mind.  A tortured soul who carries a notebook and pen spending countless sleepless nights thinking of the next punchline in order to satiate a need for acceptance.  You care too much for loss and voice your frustration through the common use of passive aggressiveness. Your emotions and the emotions of others are your crutch.  That is why you always fail and it is why you'll never be able to be at the top.  As soon as you forget the need to please others and to please yourself, you'll find true happiness and a way to smile again.  I feel reborn and renewed!

Although, my intentions seem dark and twisted, I'm completely satisfied with myself and could really give a fuck.

I'm going to kill you, Duncan.  If you don't die then you will simply be resolved back to jobber status and placed back on to the preshow where you rightfully belong.  I'm sure the Voltage guys placed me in this match in order for you to get back a win but I'm going to shock the world once again.  I didn't get to be on Pain for Pride in my second match with the company for no reason.  I'm the real deal, kid.

In just my third match in the company, I'm going to beat a man who was placed higher at Pain For Pride.

It's going to blow away the Voltage general manager.  Don't fret though, because after the match I'm going to destroy any symbolism of Voltage and it's piece of shit show on sight.  I'm going to destroy the turnbuckles, the aprons, the commentary tables, and those commentators too.  I'm going to destroy the whole set and I challenge anyone to stop me.

I FUCKING DARE SOMEONE TO STOP ME!

Everything that bares the symbol of Voltage will be bent, twisted, and burned. There won't be a semblance of a show when I'm done with our match and I'll head into greener pastures in order to make sure that my goal of eliminating EAW is done quick.   Voltage had the chance of acquiring a talent that is once in a lifetime but they ruined it by giving me away.  My services will be used elsewhere.

What to do with me though?  What plans do they have for someone like me?  Once again, am I too much of a risk?  I represent all the hatred that surrounds the company.  Everything from the wrestler's grievances to the fan's internet complaints.  There has to be someone who has to sit you down and say "no". I'm the guy who is going to tell everyone, "no".

Season 9 is the series finale of EAW and there is no happy ending.  I hope everyone gets the chance to enjoy it while they can and reminisce about all their fond memories and favorite matches .

Clark Duncan is the first victim in my war against EAW and he was unjustly sent to the front line to get slaughtered.  You have nothing on me, Duncan.  You don't know a single thing about me, so how can you retort against someone who knows everything about you?  I've been the funny guy who lights up the room, because I have the gift of gab.  I also spent nights wondering who my true friends were and why no one would listen when I was in suffering.

I am you, Clark Duncan.

I'm sure you will try to muster up something in order to have a fighting chance but give up now.  It's over, you already lost.

This isn't the start of a new era; this isn't my time. I'm not a leader, I was simply complying with the wishes of all those with damaged dreams.

I scrape at the black matter in my brain where Clark Duncan resides.

THIS IS THE BEGINNING... OF THE END.

:fact:#1 - Tattoos the names of every person he seeks vengeance upon onto his torso as a permanent reminder and display of devotion for his redemption and to Onryo.

:fact: #2 - Though born out of wedlock, Ares considers himself heir to the Vendetta Dynasty as the eldest of Robbie V's three known children: himself, Athena Vendetta, and Apollo Vendetta. Athena being the only three born in wedlock.

:fact: #3 - After his birth, Ares' mother, Kendra Shamez, traveled and lived with Robbie V during his time training in Japan. After their eventual falling out, Kendra remained in Japan for the sake of Ares as he had already become accustomed to living there while Robbie traveled as a professional wrestler and visited Ares when he could. Ares would eventually take to training in the toughest dojos he could find in Japan. The training was excruciating and Ares suffered various broken bones, torn tendons, and more, but was continued to be given training so long as he kept coming back.

:fact: #4 - As with many wrestlers in Japan, Ares took an excursion to the United States in the Extreme Answers Wrestling Federation, specifically to enact revenge on those who have wronged the Vendetta Family. However, since then, it has been revealed this was no excursion, but more of a banishment after Ares took it upon himself to mercilessly torture an opponent before striking them with a punt kick using a steel-toed boot. The victim of the attack was put in a coma for several weeks and has never wrestled again. Ares considered it "experimenting".

:fact: #5 - Typically a cold and callous individual, Ares seems to only show mercy upon his own family. as he recruited his cousin, Victor Vendetta, after a malicious war that featured Victor attacking Kendra and Ares alike. Ares defeated Victor cleanly at Road To Redemption, humiliated Victor by having him cut off his own hair as a showing of humility, and would bring him in to join House Vendetta not long after.

:fact: #6 - Ares recruited Norman Hellion into House Vendetta not only by promises of grandeur and revenge, but by revealing to him a distant relation between the Vendettas and the Hellions. Therefore, excluding Scott Diamond as House Vendetta's "insurance policy" and the Agents of Extreme as anonymous followers of Ares/Onryo, House Vendetta is made up of the family of Ares Vendetta.

:fact: #7 - Supposedly, Ares became the way he is not long after discovering a somewhat forgotten God in Japan named "Onryo". Ares desired vengeance after discovering all that had been done to his family, and soon discovered Onryo and his ways of achieving precisely that. Ares became more cold, more calculating, and more violent than ever before. He took his years of training and used them to maim others for pleasure.

:fact: #8 - Ares has been known to be a "womanizer" of sorts.

:fact: #9 - Donned the persona "Crimson Mask" prior to revealing his true identity. The "Crimson" of the character spawning from his worshiping of Onryo as followers of the religion commonly use a red right hand; as well as the religion's use of blood.

:fact: #10 - Despite living in the same country as his half-brother, Apollo, Ares never contacted him or even knew of him until he was informed of his father's other children as an adult. Ares grew nothing but resentment for the other two children of Robbie V and considers them born of adultery.

:fact: #11 - Has unusual, yet natural blonde and black-colored hair.

:fact: #12 - Defeated then-World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. DEDEDE, in his EAW Debut as Ares Vendetta; also killed Methuselah.

:fact: #13 - Enjoys whistling. Ares specifically whistles to the tune of "A-Hunting We Will Go" when feeling especially violent.

:fact: #14 - Ended the career of Cleopatra.

:fact: #15 - Despite specifically targeting the EAW Pure Championship and his father's now-inactive World Heavyweight Championship Crown, Ares believes every piece of gold belongs to him as the self-proclaimed heir to this father's Throne. Believes that by right, EAW is his Kingdom, and everything within it is his possession, and intends to come to claim each treasure if need-be.

:fact:  #16 - Enjoys calling those he considers lower than him (everyone) "mongrels".

:fact: #17 - Prefers Hotpockets over Pizza Rolls.

:fact: #18 - Became known as "The Black Vulture" after his brutal assault on an opponent that led to his "excursion". Became known as "The New Don" as the son to Robbie V and self-proclaimed leader of the Vendetta Family; a family that has been infamous for its dirty dealings, such as the eradication of competing families to the point of being known as "The mafia of professional wrestling (the nickname "The New Don" also being a play on the term "New Dawn"). Was given the nickname "The Kamikaze Prince" due to his dangerous method of wrestling in which he punishes his own body to harm his opponent.
